My experience at Vertu BMW Yeovil

My experience at Vertu BMW Yeovil could have been better because of the after sales experience.

Up until point of sale I was chased/contacted multiple times, however post sale I had one phone call, which I raised one small and was not too phased about, but since noticed the door seal had come off less than a month after collecting the vehicle.

I was told I would have someone reach out to me regarding getting these looked into, but have heard nothing other than Vertu trying to continuously sell me additional items.

I’ve been made to feel rather transactional, rather than looked after.

My experience at Vertu BMW Yeovil

Vertu BMW Yeovil staff were good because they were polite, helpful and didn't pressure me to make a snap decision, unlike another dealership up the road. I was assisted by Ellie throughout the purchase; what impressed me with her is that if I asked her something she did not know, she did not pretend to know an answer, instead she checked with a colleague. This is a quality I wish more salespeople adopted, as too often they are unwilling to admit that there may be some technical information they do not know. The openness and honesty of the staff were much appreciated.
